Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse is off the board.   He, too,  has been arrested for DUI.
Metro Nashville police said Kearse was seen speeding and swerving several times while travelling west on West End Avenue.

Second-year Falcons safety Daren Stone was arrested in downtown Atlanta just before sunrise Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence.

Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson decided to take 15 of his closest friends aboard a 30-ft. boat.   He was stopped by a Lower Colorado River Authority officer for a random safety inspection.

Mike Kelly is an executive of the Minnesota Vikings.   He got drunk.  He drove.  Mike was pulled over and refused a breathalyzer. 
According to the Pioneer Express,  Judge Steven Ruble has allowed authorities to proceed with a driving under the influence of alcohol charge.  The preliminary tests showed Kelly to be legally hammered drunk.
