[Birthday Baller’s is a daily post dedicated to celebrating the birthday of one lucky NFL athlete.]  

Today’s Birthday Baller was born on November 10, 1973 in Washington, DC.  And although you may not know him or care, we’ve met him and do care.  The year was 2001 and the game was Buccaneers at Packers.  He was the starting Center for the Packers that year.  

The Packers won the game that day against the Bucs (21-20) and after the game, we had a chance to drink alcoholic beverages with him at a classified location.  

Please give a warm round of applause for Mike Flanagan, who turns 35 today.  Former Pro Bowler, Good football player, and even better person.   Although our evening with Mike was cut short that cold evening in Green Bay, our memories will last a lifetime.
