Morning Wood

Jennalee

Good Morning, yawl,  and welcome to the Monday edition of Morning Wood.  Week 1 of the NFL season was thrilling, like Cardinal cheerleader, Jennalee, pictured here.   Where to begin, where to begin….

Jake Delhomme looks like the Jake Delhomme of two years ago.  Kyle Orton and the Bears shocked the world in Indianapolis.  Donovan McNabb is a fantasy footballers dream and Willie Parker ’got game’.

Brett the Jet is cozy in Green and White.  The Chargers and Browns were outcoached, horribly.  Wade “Cabbage Patch” Phillips led his boys to a very impressive victory.  Mike “Walrus” Holmgren and Bill Belichick are 5-10 mm Hg’s away from serious coronary damage, based on average statistics of ‘angry coaches that experience unlikely events early in the NFL season’.

The Monday Night double-header features the Vikings at Packers, then the Broncos at the Raiders.

We’ve got a full show today, with stories you won’t believe and pictures that will offend your girlfriend– so don’t go far.  You can browse the net, just be back here every 27 minutes.
