According to the Miami Herald, HBO dissed Terry Glenn during the taping of it’s series Hard On’s Knocks. Here’s a clip from the article that raised our brows.
HBO acted unethically during its Hard Knocks series by taping Jerry Jones’ conversation with Terry Glenn’s agent, James Gould — in which Glenn’s knee problems were referenced — and airing it without the agent’s consent. In Texas, phone conversations can be taped without one party knowing. ”I had no knwledge I would be taped, and I’m very unhappy about it,” Gould said. [Miami Herald]
Juice: This is “kind of” a dick move by HBO. Put yourself in Terry’s cleats. He wants to play, wants to convince teams that he’s healthy and ready to have a break out year–then this? Who wants to sign a guy with known injuries?
