Tampa Bay is increasingly looking like Favre’s destination. Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms told the St. Petersburg Times that general manager Bruce Allen asked him last week how he thought Favre would fare in the Bucs’ offense with limited practice time.
“(Allen) asked me questions about Brett Favre,” Simms told the paper’s NFL reporter, Rick Stroud. “He asked if I felt Brett would be able to come back and be good here if he didn’t have a lot of reps in training camp. I said I thought he would but there would have to be some compromise with coach (Jon) Gruden. He’ll just want the play called and to drop back and throw it in there.” [Full Story]
Juice: Throughout this whole ‘Cluster-Favre’, one person has been gravely neglected. And that person is Jeffrey Jason Garcia.
Married to the gorgeous Carmella DeCesarre, the 38-year old veteran has played NFL football- blood, sweat, and tears since 1999. He’s done the Pro Bowl. Yet, this poor bastard can’t catch an ounce of love from the media or the fans. Nobody care’s about his wants, needs, and rights. It seems the ‘perfect team’ for Brett Favre is Jeff’s team. Hell, maybe they should move Garcia’s locker to the basement, storage room B.
Anyway, to top matters off, Jeff does NOT resemble the dude in this pic. Pray for Jeff.

Favre won’t work in Grudens system. Garcia, who can scramble, barely works in it.
