For the record, we’re not calling Brett Favre the “Britney” of the NFL.
Whew! We almost got lynched by a block of cheese after that headline. Brett gave his side of the story to Greta (lisp) Van Susteran yesterday, because she’s from Appleton, WI- and a Packer shareholder.
Brett’s beef is that he retired prematurely, because of heavy pressure from Coach Mike and GM Teddy Thompson. Favre is not upset that the Packers have said he could return as A-Rod’s backup. But, he’d prefer to be released instead of the humiliation. Fair enough?
Whatever transpires from this horrible Soap Opera; does all of this really just boil down to Brett being unpredictable? Maybe. But, we agree with the Favre supporters that Brett had earned the right to be a little “wishy-washy”. But at some point you’ve gotta put the teams future ahead of “the one”. [Tear] And Brett if you’re our there and reading this, we’re here for you. Call anytime. Seriously. 480-***-****.
Favre to the Ravens or Dolphins in 08′? Nightmare.

Agree. Let it go. He is like the little boy who couldn’t decide if he wanted to attend summer camp or not.
