The Decline of Sam Keller
By Juice Staff
Sam Keller was a high school prodigy quarterback heavily recruited by ASU. His college career started off with numbers that promised his future in the NFL. Suddenly, his job at ASU was given to another quarterback for “various reasons”, and Sam transferred to Nebraska. At Nebraska, the team went 5-7. At the combine, Sam looked below average. Today, he is trying desperately to make an NFL team.
On Saturday, Sammy was in Raider-ville for a three-day tryout. The report….again not good. Last week he was in Tampa Bay for a tryout. [ContraCostaTimes]
Bottom line, this kid should begin looking for a job in sales, insurance, and/or high school coaching. Where did Sam go wrong? We suspect his personality and ego may have gotten the best of his natural talent.
