Cedric Benson Likes Boating….While Smashed

Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson decided to take 15 of his closest friends aboard a 30-ft. boat. He was stopped by a Lower Colorado River Authority officer for a random safety inspection.
Cedric failed a sobriety test. To prove his innocence, Ced reisted the officers and was pepper sprayed. Officials dragged him to shore and arrested him.
Ced-B falls under our “NFL Dumbass” list for this boner move. Why? Because homeboy is rich and could easily afford to hire a boat operator, get hammered, and enjoy life- all for a little under $100/hr, according to Chicagoland Marine Guru Jeff Robinson (whom we contacted on Sunday).
Why risk it, Ced? Now Orton’s pissed, and you know what that means.
