The USPS is rolling out a commemorative envelope honoring the former Marshall University football star and Rand’s most famous resident, which will be unveiled Friday at 2 PM at the Cultural Center.
Mossy will be the third West Virginia athlete to grace a special envelope issued by the postal service.
